Redskins sign CB Orlando Scandrick to a two-year deal

The Washington Redskins are hosting three free agents today.  One of the them is signed.  The Redskins reached agreement with former Dallas Cowboy CB Orlando Scandrick.  The deal is reportedly a two-year deal worth a maximum of $10 million.
